One of the most well-loved Sydney Festival events returns to Parramatta. It’s the perfect evening for families and friends to pack a hamper, grab a blanket, and settle back in a Sydney summer dusk to enjoy beautiful music.
Conducted by Benjamin Northey, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra performs a selection of iconic film music and well-known classical favourites by Rossini, Strauss, Tchaikovsky and more.

Where: The Crescent in World Heritage, Parramatta Park, NSW
The site is an easy 8 minute walk from Westmead train station.
Parking: We recommend leaving your car at home and saving some petrol dollars! There will be no parking at Parramatta Park however there are a number of Parramatta council paid parking facilities close by, but these will fill so consider catching public transport instead.
Nearby Food: Pack a picnic for the evening. Otherwise the nearby restaurant Kouzina Greco and Courtney's Brasserie is worth checking out
