Heya.

Little Day Out is a curated list of fun things to do for kids in Sydney. We save you time by selecting just six weekend activities we think are the best of what's on

The Royal Botanic Garden - Halloween Garden Monsters, 9am - 2pm, $17.70, Age: 5 - 10 years old

The Royal Botanic Garden - Halloween Garden Monsters, 9am - 2pm, $17.70, Age: 5 - 10 years old

Be part of the fun on Sunday 28 October when the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney gets really spooky for Halloween!

Each child will receive a trail map to follow and complete exciting and mysterious tricks to receive yummy Halloween treats. Along the way children will visit five trick AND treat stations through the haunted forest, zombie dash, pumpkin roll, eyeball and spoon race as well as the Halloween Ninja section through the “Adrenaline Rush” and “Big Baller Wipeout” inflatable obstacle course avoiding the “plant juice pit”!

The Halloween trick and treat course will take around 30 – 45 minutes to complete. There are multiple session times between 9 am and 2pm so kids can enjoy the trail at their own pace. The sessions start every 15 minutes. Check out the session times below and book the 15 minute start time that suits you best.

The fun doesn’t stop on the trick and treat trail but continues at our first free Family Day at The Calyx showcasing the new Plants with Bite! carnivorous plant display. There will be a great buzz all day with heaps of kids, food and activities.

Sunday 28 October will be frighteningly fun for the whole family.

We can’t wait to see you.
Don’t forget your costumes!
