Get on your bike and pedal on down to Centennial Park's Fearnley Grounds for some free family fun on Saturday 13 July from 10am-4pm thanks to SBS Learn, Cycling Central & ŠKODA!
• GEAR UP OUR KIDS FOR THE FUTURE:
Come celebrate the launch of the SBS Learn & ŠKODA ‘First Gear’: a free primary cycling resource for schools to celebrate the Tour de France – gearing up to help students learn about the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
• FREE FUN ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS:
Bike decorating workshops, face painting, mini courses, and more!
• FREE BIKE TUNE UPS & TIPS:
Bike mechanics will be available to give your bike the free tune up it needs, and visit the ŠKODA team on site who will show you the best ways to carry your bike on cars.
• GET READY FOR THE TOUR DE FRANCE 6 JULY ON SBS:
Get ready with the ŠKODA Tour Tracker, wish our Aussie cyclists good luck on our Tour de France inspired chalk path, see the cars from the official Tour de France car providers, and learn more about this historic event- only on SBS.
• MEET THE LEGENDS:
Meet Australian cycling legend- Kate Bates, and the football legend supporting the growth of youth sports in Australia- Craig Foster.

always park in designated parking areas - front first along Grand Drive's parking bays
be aware of the timed parking zones at specific points, particularly around main entry gates
always be aware of pedestrians, cyclists, horses and dogs - and especially the presence of small children
never park - or even stop temporarily - in the cycle lane on the left side of Grand Drive
be aware that Banksia Way - adjacent to Centennial Parklands Dining - is now a shared zone with no general visitor parking available
